José has more than 20 years of experience in UX design. He founded Tangível in 2004, the first company in Portugal exclusively dedicated to usability and interaction design. Since then, he has helped more than 80 clients improve their products and services’ user experience. He holds a graduate degree in IT Engineering and a postgraduate in Management and Leadership. José has been a trainer and mentor for several years, with a particular focus on UX research, and he is also a certified UX-PM trainer for level 3.
