Luis Aceves

Luis has worked for 20 years as a usability/UX consultant, performing activities like usability testing, user research, UX & Service design strategy, UX mentoring & coaching, and change management on huge user experience and user research projects for international companies. He’s been a professor of postgraduate studies in various topics that cover usability, UX, CX, E-marketing, and strategy. Luis is the founder of Aprende UX, an e-Learning ecosystem of UX and CX courses with content in Spanish. Ph.D. in IT from Universidad de La Laguna (ULL), Spain. He has a degree in programming and a master’s degree in electronic commerce and administration from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education. He is the author of the book “Best practices in the design of government portals”. He is a member of the User eXperience Professionals’ Association (UXPA) and the eMarketing Association, by which he is endorsed as Certified eMarketer
