Mercedes Sanchez is founder and principal researcher of the leading Brazilian consultancy MSUX, one of the first UX companies in Latin America. She has personally conducted hundreds of projects for major players in global markets including social media, financial services, ecommerce, travel, health, software etc. Prior to founding her company, Mercedes was a TV journalist and a web content director. She has a degree in Journalism and specialization in Usability and in Market Research
