Marta Sylvia del Río

Director of the UXPA (User eXPerience Professionals’ Association) for Latin America. Marta Sylvia is also a Senior Consultant at Usaria, a university professor, and former director of the Postgraduate Programs in Design at the University of Monterrey. She is a specialist in usability and user experience for Nuevo León’s Government, Banorte, Marriott, and Yahoo, among others. Marta has contributed to five books on various technological topics as co-author. She’s a speaker at different international events on usability and user experience design. Marta Sylvia has professional studies in Computer Systems and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education. She also has a postgraduate study in Graphic Design at the University of Monterrey.
