As a psychologist, Wiebke has always been highly interested in human thinking and acting. As a UX researcher, she strives to understand customer needs and behavior to continuously improve a large variety of processes and products. Accordingly, she follows a holistic approach by incorporating behavioral insights with the application of user research methods, such as usability tests and guided interviews.
